“We put in a full off-season, and now it’s about establishing an identity for what Abington Offensive football is going to be known for. A big part of that starts up front — we need consistent offensive line play to build everything else around. On defense, I’ve got a young group, but they’ve worked well together this off-season, they understand the system, and they’re holding each other accountable. The identity that group establishes is going to become what Abington Defense is known for. Special teams-wise, we’ve got a returning kicker who’s shown real improvement in practice, and we’re hoping to see that translate into game situations this year. Overall, I think this is a rebirth of what Abington Football can be.”
